How it works
You’ll always know what’s being done, what it costs, and what it’s producing.
I have been on the other side of this table, paying an agency and wondering what I was getting. This process is the answer to that.
Conversation
30 minutes on the phone. What you sell, who buys it, what has been tried and what is not working right now. If I am not the right fit, I will say so and point you somewhere better.
Audit
I go through your site, search presence, email list and ad accounts and tell you exactly where the money is leaking, before you have paid me anything.
Proposal
A fixed scope and a fixed number, on one page. Retainer, performance partnership, or a mix: your call. Everything is on the pricing page, so there is nothing to negotiate in the dark.
Build
Work starts inside a week. Site, tracking, email system and ad account are built in your accounts, in your name. You get the logins. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you.
Run & report
First reporting call at 30 days. Campaigns start on small budgets and scale on evidence. Every month: what was spent, what came in, what changes. If it does not add up, we fix it or we stop.

Straight answers
Things people ask on the first call.
What does a website cost?
A new 5–7 page website on WordPress is $4,500. A redesign of an existing site is $3,500, a one-page starter site is $1,500, and an online store adds $2,500. If you would rather not write a check up front, the Foundation package builds the site with no money down for $2,000/mo on a 12-month minimum. Every price is on the pricing page.
Can you run all of my marketing, not just the website?
Yes, that is the point. I build the site, then run the search, email and Meta ads that bring people to it. Growth covers Local SEO, full email marketing and the care plan for $2,750/mo. Full Stack adds Competitive SEO, Meta ads management and a monthly strategy call for $4,250/mo plus ad spend. Or hire one piece at a time.
Who will I actually be working with?
Me. No account coordinators and no hand-offs to a junior team. The person who designs your site and writes your emails is the one who answers your calls.
How long does a website take?
Most sites take a few weeks, depending on scope. I’ll give you a real timeline on our call, once I know what we’re building.
Will you write the words?
Yes. Website copy, emails and ads are written in your voice and designed to match your brand. You approve before anything goes live.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Builds are priced per project. Single monthly services run month-to-month. Packages have an initial term: 6 months for Growth and Full Stack, 12 months for Foundation and the Performance Partnership. After the initial term it is month-to-month, with 60 days’ written notice either way.
Who owns the website and the accounts?
You do. The website, the hosting, the domain, the email platform, the list and the ad account are all in your name from day one. I work with delegated access you can remove at any time.
Can you guarantee rankings or revenue?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. What I guarantee is the work: built properly, tracked properly, and reported in dollars, not vanity numbers.

Send me your website. I’ll tell you what I’d fix first.
A written review of your website, how you show up on Google and in AI answers, your email and your ads, with the fixes in order of what makes you money first. Yours to keep, whether or not you hire me. The prices are public, so you already know what the work costs.
